Our Mission
YouFundMe is a fundraising platform open to everyone, everywhere. Inspired by the reach of global platforms like GoFundMe, and designed from the ground up around the payments, verification, and community-driven giving that people actually use.
We exist to make it simple, safe, and dignified for anyone to raise money for the people and causes they care about. A child's school fees, a family facing a medical emergency, a community rebuilding after a disaster, or a team chasing a dream.

Too many people are left out by traditional fundraising platforms. They do not support mobile money, they struggle with the payment methods people rely on every day, and they lack the verification needed to build trust between strangers. YouFundMe changes that.

How We're Different

Donors see their exact total, including a 4% payment processing fee and 3.5% tax, before they pay. Fundraisers pay a 7.5% platform fee on each donation and a 4% fee on each withdrawal. We back every donation with our Giving Guarantee against confirmed fraud.
